Sometimes I get these sad messages...
MBB consulting is full of unspoken rules. Not knowing these rules make your journey extremely ineffective. Often, it can make a difference between success and failure.
Sometimes, I get these sad messages.
It's heartbreaking...
‘Hi Rustem - wanted to say I think your content and materials are really good. I feel unlucky I did not have access to it from the day I started at McKinsey.’
I could relate.
Being an MBB consultant is extremely difficult.
Especially if you join as an experienced hire.
It's one thing to join consulting in your 20s but another in your 30s.
I joined McKinsey at 34 and know how difficult it is.
I remember dreaming of having someone who could help me navigate this treacherous journey, tell me all the unspoken rules, and translate cryptic messages from partners.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have anyone who cared enough to help me.
That is why I write a newsletter for MBB consultants, sharing stories, best practices, and unspoken rules.
To give consultants a leg up in this unfair game.
But here is the thing.
While some consultants regret that help came too late, many consultants don't even know they have a problem. And that there is a solution to all their pain, stress, and suffering.
That is why I spend a lot of effort to create awareness among consultants.
And share my experience as much as I can.
If you are struggling as an MBB consultant, this is where I can help you.
The consulting journey is complex and treacherous.
Walking it alone is extremely difficult. It’s helpful to have the support of someone experienced (me, wink wink) who has gone through this journey and helped many others.
That is why I developed a coaching program for MBB consultants to help you achieve high performance and become successful.
If you are an MBB consultant and sick of struggling with performance and development, I would like to speak with you.
Book a Free 1-1 Consultation to discuss whether I can help you through my coaching program. There is no commitment, and you can ask any burning questions in a risk-free environment.
